Credit Cards that we accept for payment
Please make sure to have following when placing an order:
The credit card you are using has the correct amount of funds available for your purchase. Be sure that the name and address you enter for the billing address is correct and that you use the correct email address. Any orders that use a wrong email address or if the name and address you enter does not match correctly, your order will be canceled.
TheraStrap will not accept returns after 30 days. If some reason the handle breaks or it comes un-sewn We will gladly replace you TheraStrap free of charge. Mail us back the broken strap and we will replace it with a new one of your choice. You just pay $5.00 for shipping costs. You are entitled to 1 replacement strap only.
In some cases, Customs may delay express delivery in certain countries and it may take as long as 3-4 weeks to be delivered.
~ Important! All International shipping is subject to all fees in their country. Any additional fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon receipt of their order.
International shipments (including Canada and Mexico) are subject to Broker Fees, Duties, Taxes and Custom Fees in their country. Any extra fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. The rules of these fess may vary by country, and the local government determines the customs and duty charges. Custom procedures may place a temporary hold on shipments.
Express mail may not be able to be tracked. A tracking number will be provided directly to your email address once the order has shipped. You may track your package at www.ups.com, or www.fedex.com
Refunds and Returns Policy
We will only offer a refund on the Product providing it is still sealed in the shrink wrapping, unopened, and the original packaging and is subject to a restocking fee. An email must be sent to the company within 30 day from the date of purchase in order to receive an credit payment on the return.
All items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling charges that you paid on the order.
If the package is damaged during shipping, DO NOT OPEN IT. Take a picture of it immediately preferably with a time and date stamp. and send us an email within 24 hours or receiving the product. We will have the package inspected by the shipping company, do not throw any part of the package away, Once it has been inspected and determined that the package has been damaged during shipping. TheraStrap will immediately send a new shipment to you at no additional cost to you.
